Hey, my name is Emily. I am a stay at home mom of 3, ages 13, 8 and 6. My youngest went off to school full days this year so I am taking some time to get healthy. I am using the P.I.N.K Method to lose weight and get healthy. Join me as I share recipes, weight loss ups an downs and my exercise struggles.
